Job Summary
Develop and implement strategies to achieve budgeted patient-referral goals by building relationships with senior executives, medical professionals, and other decision-makers. Assist in marketing/PR material development and events to support referral growth, directly assist marketing at executive-level meetings, and travel to key markets (25-75%). Drive follow-ups to secure new referral streams, coordinate community education programs, and collaborate with the Senior Director of Business Development to enhance client satisfaction and referral sources. Maintain scheduling discipline, manage marketing budgets, and co-sponsor local community engagement events to expand the center's referral base.
Required Qualifications
- CPR
- Knowledge of the Principles and Practices of the discipline
- Adheres to Ethics and confidentiality standards
- Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards
- Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Client Confidentiality laws
- Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies
- Knowledge of Workplace Violence
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to travel 25-75% and may include nights/weekends
Desired Qualifications
- CPR
- Bachelor's degree preferred (undergraduate degree) or professional experience may substitute
- One year of marketing experience preferred
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards
- Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Client Confidentiality
- Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies
- Knowledge of Workplace Violence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
