Job Summary

Develop and implement marketing/referral development strategies to achieve budgeted goals; assist in creating marketing/PR materials and events to cultivate relationships with senior executives, medical professionals, and other key decision makers through presentations, seminars, trade shows, cold calling and telemarketing that will result in new patient referrals. Directly assist and support marketing department personnel at key meetings with executive level audiences. Travel runs 25-75% and can encompass nights and weekends. Demonstrate punctuality, organization, and proficiency in scheduling, filing, meetings, presentation, and customer relations. Perform follow-ups on prospect meetings and assist in successful negotiation and acquisition of new referral/patient streams from targeted groups or individuals. Demonstrate initiative, personal responsibility, and ownership of work to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing goals in both written and verbal formats. Develop and provide professional/community education programs to support referral development activities. Review with the Senior Director of Business Development concerning satisfaction levels of clients and referral sources. Address operational issues and enhancement of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to cultivate a center-wide referral base with diversified cultural aspects. Implement relationship-building strategies of key referral groups (clinicians, judicial). Develop and implement direct promotional strategies. Maintain 15% cost vs. revenue. Manage schedules, cultivate lifetime referents, problem-solve for goals. Provide GRN representation at local events and co-sponsor Luncheon Learn events. Manage monthly expenses, budgets, and events. Strategize with leadership for best practices and new opportunities. Attend monthly staff/Performance Improvement meetings. Assist in special projects. Maintain open communication with staff, physicians, clinicians, and referral sources. Ensure client privacy in compliance with GRNH, LLC policies. May access PHI to complete duties with appropriate access. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • CPR
  • Education: Preferred undergraduate degree; professional experience may substitute for degree
