Job Summary
Develop and execute strategies to achieve budgeted goals through marketing efforts and referral development programs. Build relationships with senior executives, medical professionals, and other decision-makers via presentations, seminars, trade shows, cold calling, and telemarketing to generate new patient referrals. Support and collaborate with the Senior Director of Business Development to ensure client and community satisfaction, plus education and awareness initiatives. Travel 25-75% (including nights and weekends) and assist in scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups; provide professional/community education programs; manage relationships with referral sources; and help negotiate and acquire new referral/patient streams while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to policies.
Required Qualifications
- CPR
- Knowledge of the Principles and Practices of the discipline.
- Adheres to the Association for Ambulatory Behavioral Healthcare Code of Ethics.
- Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards.
- Demonstrates Proficiency in Communication & Written skills.
- Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Client Confidentiality laws.
- Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies.
- Knowledge of Workplace Violence.
