Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities, nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, community and corporate partners, and driving growth initiatives aligned with Gosnold Behavioral Health's strategic objectives. Responsibilities include market research, lead generation through networking and outreach, building and sustaining stakeholder relationships, presenting services and value proposition, collaborating with marketing/clinical/administrative teams, coordinating with the Senior Director of Advancement on growth plans, and traveling within the local area to attend events and outreach activities to build partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in business development, sales, or related role
- Valid MA driver’s license
