Job Summary
Lead regional growth in New Jersey for STR Behavioral Health. Develop a strategic regional growth plan, evaluate facility and market utilization data, and prioritize markets, communities, and provider partnerships to drive clinically appropriate inquiries and admissions. Build strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals, educate communities, providers, clients, and families about adult psychiatric and substance use disorders, and promote STR Brand and Services to the community. Collaborate with facility and corporate leadership to execute sales and retention strategies, close new business opportunities, and coordinate care with treatment teams. The role requires hybrid work with up to 50% travel, primarily focused on the NJ area, and involves relationship-building with administrative teams, admissions, clinical staff, and external referral sources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy or business development
- strong communication and relationship-building skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- ability to travel up to 50%
