Job Summary
Business Development Specialist to grow Recruitment SaaS by acquiring new client accounts and supporting recruitment delivery for partners. Identify and prospect new B2B leads through online channels and databases; engage domestic and international tech product, service, and outsourcing companies to introduce Qode and establish strategic partnerships; manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned clients, including candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, and follow-ups; act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and managing expectations throughout the hiring process; support business growth through effective account handling, relationship management, and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
- Strong experience in SaaS/HR Tech/Recruitment sales
- Experience in HR, Business Development, Account Management, Stakeholder Management, or related roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, including exception and escalation management
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and other social media platforms for prospecting is a plus
- Prior experience in recruitment services, headhunting, or staffing is an added advantage
