Job Summary
Own the full-cycle recruiting journey for advisor affiliations within an elite target of independent financial advisors; build and manage a robust pipeline of candidates, conduct mutual due diligence including coordinating and hosting home office visits, design and negotiate competitive affiliation offers aligned with revenue goals, and deliver high-impact communications to demonstrate the value proposition of RIA/TAMP offerings. Manage relationships with third-party recruiters, custodial BDOs, and Sponsor Wholesalers to sustain lead flow; collaborate with marketing and other stakeholders on targeted campaigns; measure growth metrics (BD revenue and RIA assets) and present forecasts to the Board of Directors. This role requires strategic recruitment and relationship-management focus, with emphasis on driving successful advisor affiliations and post-close onboarding in a strategic sales/consulting environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in financial services sales or relationship management
- Active Series 7, 63, and 66 (or 65) licensing
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven track record of growing advisor relationships and closing complex business deals
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Energy and motivation for a dynamic, customer-focused environment
