Job Summary
Business Development Project Coordinator at ExplorUS, based in Overland Park, KS, will lead the creation of compelling proposals and support the bid-process to secure new contracts. Responsibilities include coordinating with Business Development managers and the bid-writing team to research and assist in the proposal-creation process, completing proposal forms, organizing department meetings with leaders and third-party consultants, monitoring potential opportunities, circulating information to internal and external teams, maintaining Business Development files, providing progress updates to senior management, researching proposal- and industry-related topics, creating Department presentations, and performing related duties. Requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization, professional demeanor, ability to work full-time in the Corporate Office with overtime as needed, proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Suite, digital tools, and use of AI tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or other field of study requiring superior written and verbal communication skills
