Job Summary
Prospect, pitch, and close new partner relationships with high-performing residential real estate entrepreneurs through outbound outreach and structured Zoom sales conversations. Guide clients through detailed evaluation of our investment model, which funds their marketing and operations without upfront cost. As your portfolio grows, evolve into a board-level advisor running strategy meetings, driving accountability, and influencing strong-willed entrepreneurs to take growth actions. This commission-based, revenue-sharing role offers uncapped earnings potential scaling from $70,000 to $250,000+ annually within three years. Work autonomously with little supervision to build your own division, potentially leading a team of Partnership Executives or negotiating final deals for the broader organization.
Required Qualifications
- track record of success in sales — financial services, B2B, insurance, real estate, or similar
- hungry for a bigger platform
- ability to hold a sophisticated conversation with a six-figure business owner and earn their trust
