Business Development Partner - Restoration

Build and maintain relationships with property management companies, apartment communities/HOAs, and commercial facilities to position Lightspeed Restoration as a trusted, go-to vendor for water mitigation and reconstruction. Drive long-term partnerships and generate mitigation and reconstruction opportunities through your network and outreach, emphasizing relationship-building over transactional selling. Operate as a 1099 independent contractor with flexible scheduling and uncapped earning potential, earning commissions on water mitigation, mold and duct cleaning, and reconstruction jobs (e.g., 10% on water, 5% on mold/duct cleaning, $1k–$2k per reconstruction). Ideal candidates have existing relationships with decision-makers in property management or CRE, strong communication skills, and the ability to secure meetings and grow a book of business in the Philadelphia area; remote work options are available. Compensation ranges from $60k to $150k per year with ramp time noted.
