Job Summary
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development / Origination Manager to identify, structure, negotiate, and close real-estate and land-related transactions in Poland. You will own the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing and first contact through negotiation to closing—while building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. The role requires managing an end-to-end origination pipeline, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients with a consultative sales approach, achieving monthly/quarterly/annual pipeline and closing targets, monitoring pipeline health via KPIs and forecasts, contributing to CRM and lead-generation improvements, and supporting strategic market development in Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
- Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
- Strong business acumen and structured approach to pipeline management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
