Job Summary
Lead role responsible for identifying growth areas and building financial models to drive revenue across A24’s brand ecosystem. Own initiatives from concept through execution, forge and manage strategic brand partnerships, and partner with brand leadership to grow consumer product initiatives across retail, licensing, and beyond. Leverage entrepreneurial, numbers-driven, execution-focused strengths to craft strategic and operational plans, track performance, and communicate insights to leadership. The position supports base in either New York or West Hollywood (Los Angeles) offices and emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, market research, stakeholder alignment, and ongoing optimization of existing businesses within a dynamic entertainment and publishing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years relevant experience in business consulting, new business growth, or special projects
- Experience with commerce business, retail & licensing, publishing, and/or subscription businesses
- Strong financial acumen — comfortable building and manipulating models and using data to drive decisions
- Deep project management skills and organizational abilities
- Ability to identify growth opportunities, build strategic plans, and manage partnerships across multiple business lines
- Experience in consumer products, retail, publishing, or entertainment is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder alignment
- Proven ability to own initiatives from concept through execution
