Job Summary
Business Development Operations Analyst to support the DS Sector Global Operations team in event management, pipeline reporting in Salesforce, and other operations and integration project management duties. Develop dashboards, reports, charts, pivot table layouts, and dashboard prompts to support sector requirements; coordinate training activities for sector BD teams; manage tradeshow staffing and attendance; coordinate and manage team meetings and working groups; develop agendas and ensure actions are completed; support international team efforts related to pipeline growth, strategy development, and customer engagement; prepare presentation slides with project stakeholders; support development of executive-level presentations, meetings, and events; liaise with corporate, sector, and division BD teams; perform other Operations & Integration duties as requested. Traveling up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 2+ years of related professional experience
- Masters degree with 0 years of experience
- 6 years professional experience in lieu of degree
- Dynamic self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Salesforce
