Job Summary
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, trends, and the competitive landscape. Analyze data to develop growth strategies focused on increasing membership, deposits, loans, and Primary Financial Institution members. Build and maintain relationships with retail and business clients while implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with product teams to design banking services and develop promotional campaigns. Represent the credit union at community events, organize initiatives with employee groups and charter organizations, and mentor branch teams to drive sales and member retention.
Required Qualifications
- Five to eight years of similar or related experience
- High School education or GED

- Position is hybrid
- Experience conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape
- Ability to analyze data to develop strategies for business growth and expansion
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective retail and business clients
- Ability to ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and personalized service
- Experience developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the credit union's market share
- Experience collaborating with product development teams to design and enhance banking products and services tailored to business clients
- Experience developing promotional campaigns to increase product adoption
- Experience representing the credit union at business and community events
- Ability to build a network of contacts to generate leads and referrals for business development
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and collaborating with assigned branches to develop sales strategies aimed at increasing membership, loans, and deposits
- Experience organizing and conducting events with Select Employee Groups and organizations within LFCU's community charters to introduce the Credit Union to potential members and create opportunities for membership sign-up
