Job Summary
Secure new clients by developing and maintaining strong banking relationships through networking, prospecting, and sales presentations to prospective and existing clients. Determine optimal financial products and structures for client needs while ensuring all accounts and transactions comply with operational, security, and control procedures. Maintain close client contact throughout the entire transaction process, from application to closing, and assist the underwriting team by submitting complete application packages and resolving borrowing request issues. Support the Bank's "People First" culture by providing excellent service and superior product knowledge while preventing fraud and protecting customer assets.
Required Qualifications
- Strong "People First" interest and ability.
- Knowledge of relevant Federal and State banking regulations.
- Familiarity with Bank security and safety practices.
- Expert knowledge on the Bank's deposit and small business lending products and cash management services.
- Minimum five years of business sales experience.
- Thorough understanding of federal banking compliance and requirements.
