Job Summary
Head the development and coaching of a branch-based outside sales force focused on Commercial/Retail/Builder segments to increase product sales and market penetration. Lead and mentor Sales Representatives, define and communicate goals, train in product knowledge and sales strategies, build relationships with key Commercial/Retailers/Builders, and drive achievement of sales objectives within budgets. Requires strong leadership, collaboration with Branch Managers and National Accounts, and a high capacity for travel (50%+). The role emphasizes building an effective sales team, implementing targeted strategies, and delivering superior customer service to maximize margins.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
- Five plus years of related sales management experience
- Experience in Commercial/Retail/Builder sales
- Willingness to travel over 50% of the time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
