Job Summary
Meet with property owner leads to sign them up for management services while prospecting expired listings and for-rent properties. Network weekly with local brokerages and referral partners, create social media content to drive organic and paid leads, and run comparative market analysis reports. Sit on the leadership team to oversee sales and marketing, collaborate with partners on PPC and social strategies, and work with Operations to ensure smooth handoffs. Generate your own leads and service warm leads provided through paid advertising. Located within 20 miles of Long Beach, California.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years proven and verifiable success in sales
- Two or more years in marketing
- Top-tier prospect development and presentation skills
- Managing referrals across departments
- Computer proficiency—Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM, Social Media
- Self starter
- Located within 20 miles of Long Beach, California
- Local area knowledge
