Job Summary
Develop and deliver marketing campaigns, events, and PR while managing internal and external communications to ensure content quality and consistency. Establish close understanding of business priorities, local markets, and available resources to secure new projects. Participate in bid and proposal production, developing compelling content and tailored solutions that demonstrate expertise and innovation. Support marketing strategies and initiatives for the Asia region from the Manila office.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-qualified
- experience in marketing
- proven yourself in professional services and/or a consultancy environment
- demonstrated your ability to think and work strategically
- co-ordinate and supervise the activities of others to achieve objectives
- outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- proven track-record of influencing senior stakeholders in an assertive but diplomatic manner
- Strong analytical skills, qualitative and quantitively with experience in preparation of reports
Desired Qualifications
- A post-graduate qualification in marketing
- experience in the built environment sector
