Job Summary
Drive capital sales in the oil and gas Wireline sector by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and guiding the sales process from lead generation to closing. Responsible for accurate sales forecasting, staying current on market trends and competitor activity, and collaborating with marketing, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations to align with company objectives. Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical science and 10+ years of Wireline experience; proficient in lead generation, proposal development, closing deals, and customer relationship management. Travel up to 30% may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical science
- 10 years minimum in a Wireline service or Wireline tool manufacturing company
- Knowledge of the oil and gas industry
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects

- 10+ years in Wireline sales or Wireline tool manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical science
- Master’s degree (preferred)
