Job Summary
Grow Brentwood Industries' business in assigned territory by prospecting and managing relationships, presenting products including the thermoforming process, developing strategic sales plans, meeting quarterly/annual targets, and collaborating with the sales team and Director of Business Development to drive revenue. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of outside sales experience in the medical device or plastics industry, bilingual in English and Spanish, and ability to travel ~50%+. Proficiency in CRM/ERP, strong negotiation and communication skills, and knowledge of technical drawings/blueprints are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years outside sales experience, preferably in the medical device or plastics industry.
- Must be bi-lingual, English and Spanish
- Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage customers to meet sales objectives.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate a sales message
- Solid understanding of technical drawings and blueprints
- Exceptional negotiating skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships both internally and externally
- Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills
- Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and ERP systems.
- Ability to travel as required, estimate to be 50% or more.
