Job Summary
Business Development Manager needed to grow national security integrator relationships and expand the partner base for Wavelynx Technologies in the access control space. Responsibilities include developing and executing a national security integrator account strategy, collaborating with executive leadership to set quotas and strategies, educating customers on Wavelynx solutions, tailoring offerings to client needs, and supporting market growth through sales presentations and market analysis. Requires building strong relationships with OEMs, partners, and customers, and traveling up to 50%. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales, background in access control or SaaS, and proven ability to meet revenue targets; strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, related field, or a comparable record of sales leadership experience is required.
- At least 5 years of sales experience is required, with experience in access control or the security industry, or SaaS sales preferred.
- Previous experience in building a sales function for a product line is desired.
