Business Development Manager responsible for prospecting, building strategic partnerships, leading prospect marketing initiatives, delivering product demos, and closing deals in a B2B SaaS/tech context. The role emphasizes autonomy, revenue growth, and growing the company’s customer base through networking, partnerships, lead generation, and CRM-driven pipeline ownership. Requires strong networking, consultative selling, relationship management, and the ability to work in a 3:2 hybrid setup from Central Northampton. Reports to Sales Director and involves hiring/developing junior team members as needed, plus travel to prospect sites and events. Knowledge of CRM systems, AI-driven business transformation concepts, and ability to craft compelling business cases and proposals is desirable.
