Job Summary
Identify and acquire new high-potential customers for unsecured loan products including Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Credit Cards. Conduct field visits to engage with clients, present tailored solutions, and lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement. Manage documentation, verification, and coordination with underwriting teams while maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring strict compliance with KYC norms. Monitor market trends to refine sales strategies and deliver regular performance reports to management. Requires 1-3 years of experience in financial services field sales and a valid driving license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of proven experience in field sales, business development, or customer acquisition within the financial services or banking sector
- Strong understanding of unsecured lending products, particularly Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), and Credit Cards
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end loan documentation, processing, and customer onboarding
- Proficiency in customer handling, negotiation, and relationship management with a consultative sales approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (as applicable)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in documentation and compliance
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role with minimal supervision and meet aggressive sales targets
- Familiarity with banking operations, credit assessment principles, and financial product lifecycle management
- Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital documentation platforms
- Valid driving license
- Willingness to travel across assigned territories
