Job Summary
Drive monthly B2B and B2C sales goals by executing local strategies, making high-volume outbound calls, and converting leads into scheduled appointments and business meetings. Build strategic partnerships with corporations, schools, and healthcare organizations while representing the brand at networking events and community initiatives. Mentor and coach Master Trainers on assessment conversion performance, sales metrics, and client relationship development to improve overall team effectiveness. Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline activity and revenue within CRM systems, ensuring accountability for individual and team sales performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or revenue generation
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Experience with B2B sales, networking, and community engagement
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
