Job Summary
Business Development Manager responsible for leading commercial efforts in the Electrical Manufacturing Systems space across industrial markets. Drive strategic sales, identify and qualify new opportunities, manage full sales cycle, partner with engineering/manufacturing/leaders to meet client needs, lead pipeline development, oversee direct/indirect sales teams, utilize Salesforce for tracking/forecasting/reporting, support pricing and quoting (margin analysis/resource planning), represent company in NDAs/MSAs, stay informed on market trends and competitive activity, participate in monthly financial reviews and account performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (technical or engineering field preferred)
- MBA or related business degree strongly preferred
- 7–10 years of progressive sales or business development experience in manufacturing
- demonstrated success closing multi-million-dollar programs
- willingness to travel approximately 30%
