Job Summary
Based in Toulouse, the Business Development Manager will drive Deliveroo's expansion in France by prospecting and developing relationships with prospective restaurant partners, conducting cold-calling to maintain activity, clearly presenting services using the internal sales script, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires management of lead lists/CRM, ongoing partner follow-up to ensure satisfaction and performance after onboarding, and regular reporting to the manager. The ideal candidate holds a Bac+3/4 in commerce/marketing or related field, has proven sales experience, and demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with the ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and apply modern sales/marketing techniques. Knowledge of the delivery market and its competitive landscape is preferred, with a focus on driving growth for Deliveroo in France.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bac+3/Bac+4 in commerce, marketing or related discipline
- Proven experience in selling products or services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of sales techniques and modern marketing
- Good knowledge of the meal delivery market and its competitive environment
