Job Summary
Develop/maintain referral sources, build client relationships and manage calendars and appointments, including in-person client meetings. Assist with marketing efforts by supporting company-sponsored events. Support sales and revenue teams with administrative tasks. Requires experience in marketing/home health services, strong relationship-building with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and senior living administrators, and the ability to explain home care programs and benefits. Ability to organize marketing events and participate in community programs to boost brand awareness. Must meet deadlines under pressure with a resilient approach; potential path to regional director with sales bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience marketing home health services within the last 5 years or have 5 years strong sales and marketing experience
- Existing referral business relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, senior living administrators, etc. (a PLUS)
- Ability to develop & maintain new relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, senior living administrators, etc.
- Knowledge to explain home care program, requirements, and benefits to doctors, potential patients, and their family members
- Ability to develop and execute customized marketing plans to jumpstart or increase referrals from targeted sources
- Ability to organize marketing events and participate in community programs to increase company awareness, recognition, and brand development
- Must work well on deadlines and under pressure
- Demonstrated track record of generating healthcare/home care sales
