Job Summary
Business Development Manager at Southern Glazer’s in Spokane, WA. Responsible for managing and strategically growing SGWS's business through influential leadership, achieving revenue, margin, and gross profit targets, communicating local program spending effectiveness, analyzing quarterly/monthly business for the assigned territory, resolving conflicts, and identifying market trends to stay ahead of the competition. Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or 3-5 years of industry-related sales experience, valid driver’s license and insurance, ability to travel, and strong analytical/communication skills. Full-time role with a compensation package including base salary ($60k-$80k) plus sales incentives, auto allowance, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field OR 3-5 years of industry-related sales experience
- 3-5 years of industry-related sales experience
- Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of state registration and insurance, and an acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong communication, organization, and commercial planning capabilities
- Proficient using Compass, Diver, Excel, and Proof
