Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing and strategically growing SGWS's business through influential leadership. Responsibilities include achieving revenue, margin, and gross profit targets; communicating local program spending effectiveness to maximize profits; analyzing and projecting quarterly and monthly business for the assigned territory; resolving conflicts and addressing relationship concerns among key accounts; identifying market trends within product categories and geographic regions to stay ahead of competition. Requires 3-5 years of industry-related sales experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, dependable vehicle and valid driver’s license, budget management, strategic/analytical thinking, financial acumen, proficiency with Compass, Diver, Excel, and Proof, and strong communication and planning capabilities. The role may involve extended work hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of industry-related sales experience
- Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of state registration and insurance
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong communication, organization, and commercial planning capabilities
- Proficient using Compass, Diver, Excel, and Proof
