Job Summary
Drive HNW agency partnerships and growth focusing on IUL and wealth-centric insurance solutions; design and execute targeted sales initiatives to increase penetration of premium products; build agency capabilities in HNW prospecting, financial planning, and case-based selling; identify and develop strategic opportunities for agency expansion, recruitment, and client segmentation; analyze sales performance and pipeline data to deliver actionable insights and sustainable growth strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or agency management within insurance/financial services
- Proven track record in driving high-value sales and HNW client acquisition
- Experience in selling or supporting wealth solutions such as IUL, UL, or investment-linked products
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and influencing skills
