Job Summary

Business Development Manager for Lift Solutions in the Midwest (Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, and Northern Indiana) responsible for driving sales growth through targeted prospecting (LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, industry databases), building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, conducting sales calls and virtual meetings to understand client needs, developing customized proposals and presentations, achieving monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets via inside sales and business development activities, nurturing long-term client relationships with a consultative approach, staying informed on market trends and competitive landscape, and providing feedback to optimize sales strategies. Requires strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales, preferably in Overhead Cranes
  • Proven track record of generating and closing sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
