Job Summary
Business Development Manager responsible for driving sales growth for Lift Solutions in the Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, and Northern Indiana regions. Responsibilities include targeted prospecting using LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry databases; developing and maintaining a sales pipeline; conducting sales calls and virtual meetings to qualify needs; delivering customized proposals and sales presentations; achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through inside sales and business development; building long-term client relationships with a consultative approach; monitoring market trends and competitive landscape; providing feedback to optimize sales strategies; maintaining accurate CRM records and providing regular activity and KPI reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales, preferably in Overhead Cranes
- Proven track record of generating and closing sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
