Job Summary
Own your territory and quota in a hunter, full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role focused on hotels and hospitality in Thailand. Manage prospecting through to close, build your own pipeline with outbound sequences, target ICPs, and participate in events to generate net-new pipeline. Use MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and leverage AI-enabled tools (Pre-Sales Agent, Enablement Agent, Coaching Agent) to prepare, qualify, and advance deals. Build industry expertise in hospitality, communicate with stakeholders from GMs to C-suite, and consistently exceed sales targets through new business and account expansion. You will lead discovery, maintain 3x pipeline coverage, forecast honestly, and own your results while representing Lighthouse at industry events and shaping the roadmap with product feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years in a closing sales role
- SaaS experience is a must
- fluency in Thai and English
