Job Summary
Identify sales leads, engage in outside selling activities across 150–200 customer locations, and inform clients about ATS services to secure future business. Cultivate relationships with existing accounts, utilize negotiation skills to close deals, and maintain CRM databases. Support industry events, trade shows, and regional training activities while developing cross-departmental partnerships. Conduct at least 60% of time in the field within the southern California territory, traveling up to 50% of the time. Requires 3–5 years of proven outside selling experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. U.S. Persons Only; access to ITAR-controlled information required.

- Experience in technical sales
- Experience in related industries
- Strong track record of achieving results
- Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or trade certificates
- Equivalent work experience in professional selling in industrial or technical environments
- At least 60% of time in the field
- Demonstrated expertise in technical sales
- Experience within critical industries
- Strong understanding of technical services and their applications
- Ability to convey complex solutions clearly
- Familiarity with quality, safety, or reliability processes and regulations within relevant industries
- Market knowledge of local and geographic dynamics affecting customer needs and buying behaviors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
