Job Summary
Drive new business growth across WA by identifying, targeting, and winning clients; build and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on new-logo acquisition; develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets; lead high-impact sales presentations and pitches for tailored logistics solutions; engage and influence senior decision-makers and executives; negotiate and close complex commercial agreements; partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery; maintain disciplined CRM activity in Salesforce; stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in freight, logistics, transport, supply chain, or related sectors
- Proven track record as a new business hunter who consistently exceeds targets
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Acquisition roles
- Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and converting leads
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating high-value deals
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
