Job Summary
Drive new business across events, production, and commercial rental markets; own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close and client onboarding; develop tailored proposals and pricing aligned with client needs and project scope; build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry engagement; collaborate with Operations and Logistics to ensure seamless post-sale execution; maintain and grow newly won accounts focusing on repeat business and long-term value; attend industry events, site visits, and client meetings to generate leads and meet revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in business development or sales
- experience in rentals, events, or logistics preferred
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- ability to develop tailored proposals and pricing
- ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- collaborative mindset with Operations and Logistics teams
