Job Summary
Business Development Manager for Switzerland responsible for expanding the Swiss market, acting as the sole in-country representative to customers and patients, and building relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts, deliver high-quality patient-focused customer experiences, provide competitive intelligence to European leadership, align local initiatives with broader commercial strategies, and coordinate educational and promotional activities including clinical training, workshops, and events. Provide clinical and technical support during surgeries and follow-up visits, educate customers on product usage, attend physician education conferences, and travel as required to support market development. Demonstrate deep market knowledge, forecast sales targets, and operate with autonomy and ethical conduct while ensuring compliance and reporting requirements. German or French language skills are a plus; remote work is available within Switzerland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in implantable medical devices
- SCS experience and/or patient interaction experience
- Demonstrated success in previous sales role
- Analytical skills, including statistical analysis preferable
- PC skills necessary (MS Office/Excel) and experience with sales force automation tools
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license
