Job Summary
Develop and implement customized sales strategies for at least 30 target accounts in partnership with your manager, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through calls, networking, presentations, and campaigns. Conduct independent and joint sales calls with branch and management staff for active and inactive accounts, serve as the lead sales resource for target accounts with detailed account plans, and collaborate with branch and headquarters teams to ensure product knowledge and client satisfaction. Drive sales closures to shorten the sales cycle and achieve goals, provide consultative solutions to workforce challenges, build relationships within the business community through local networking events, and accurately document all sales activities while supporting company objectives. Ability to travel locally to client sites and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years outside sales or business development experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to travel locally to client sites
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
