Job Summary
Develop new opportunities by qualifying, following up, and closing inbound leads while actively generating prospects through outbound phone calls, emails, and sales tools. Nurture marketing qualified leads into sales accepted leads, perform video calls and demos, and maintain an expanded pipeline of prospects. Work with marketing, partner, and finance teams to develop and deliver customer offers, route qualified opportunities to sales executives, and adhere to KPIs for monthly sales development metrics. Log all activities in Salesforce CRM, provide weekly updates on commercial activities, and participate in forecasting and pipeline management calls. Travel up to 70% of the time, adjust hours for multiple time zones, and build local knowledge of competitive solutions within the industrial market.
Required Qualifications
- Understand the marketing leads and sales opportunity processes at all stages of the life cycle
- Confident with the ability to influence key, senior stakeholders within organizations who will ultimately be the decision-makers
- Able to grasp new technology and communicate value to prospective customers
- Track record of over-achieving sales development metrics
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work with CRM and marketing tools such as SAP or similar tools
- Willingness to adjust working hours to accommodate multiple time-zones
- Travel, must be willing to travel up to 70%
- Valid Drivers license & Passport
- 2+ years' experience of sales experience within the industrial market
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English is required
