Business Development Manager - SuperReturn

Job Summary
Identify new business opportunities and develop sponsorship sales strategies for the SuperReturn private markets series. Build relationships with key stakeholders across the private equity, private credit and venture capital ecosystem; manage client portfolios; negotiate contracts; conduct market research and strategic planning; perform client outreach; coordinate with internal teams; attend industry events; and prepare presentations to inform business decisions. Demonstrate a consultative sales approach with strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills; travel to meet clients and attend industry conferences; and thrive in a hybrid work environment with in-person and remote collaboration. Proficiency in CRM tools and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in event management or financial services (private equity/venture capital preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Consultative sales skills and a customer-focused approach
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry conferences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
