Job Summary
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the commercial landscaping maintenance industry. Actively engage prospects through networking, cold calling, and email campaigns while maintaining an updated CRM system. Cultivate relationships with existing customers and assist in negotiating contract terms and pricing. Develop presentation materials aligned with client needs and monitor key performance metrics for new business development. Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to support the regional team's growth strategy.
Required Qualifications
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commercial field service business
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with potential customers, negotiate effectively, and close deals
- Highly developed ability to clearly communicate complex proposals and multi-phase solutions to customers and other stakeholders who are not landscaping industry experts
- High levels of personal determination and ambition complimented by a positive can do attitude and an ability to quickly build influential relationships with a wide variety of people
- This role will require onsite work with clients throughout the Dallas metropolitan area
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with commercial landscape maintenance services preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, psychology, or a related field preferred
