Job Summary
Business Development Manager responsible for proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities within a specified sales territory, driving revenue by understanding client needs and aligning products/services to deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities include building and expanding the company’s presence, researching markets and trends, developing a contact network, qualifying leads, managing client relationships, maintaining a sales pipeline to meet targets, and reporting to the Sales & Business Development Director. Requires strong market and commercial acumen, proven ability to win new business and retain clients with profitable margins, negotiation skills, KPI-driven, and experience in manufacturing environments; excellent written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and proficiency with computers.
