Job Summary
Shape strategy with practice leaders to support growth goals and align initiatives with firm priorities. Drive client engagement by targeting key prospects, designing cross-practice collaborations, and managing client-facing programs. Lead business generation efforts through developing pitches, proposals, and thought leadership content. Amplify visibility by collaborating on integrated marketing campaigns and coordinating firm-sponsored events, seminars, and industry conferences. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategies and deliver actionable insights. Collaborate seamlessly across Marketing, Events, and Business Operations to drive firmwide alignment. Work with lawyers advising on complex structured finance transactions, including asset-backed securities and CLOs. Apply a data-driven mindset to translate insights into measurable impact within a high-performing team.
Required Qualifications
- A proven business development professional
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
- Minimum of 5 years of business and practice development experience at a manager level
- Experience in professional services
- Experience in a law firm environment
- Knowledge of legal competitive landscape
- Knowledge of major global law firms
- Knowledge of trends and business issues in securitization
- Knowledge of business issues in structured finance
- Strong communication skills
