Job Summary
Business Development Manager responsible for developing and strengthening client relationships in the greater Los Angeles market, presenting strengthening solutions to potential clients after training, and collaborating with Marketing and Operations to pursue high-value projects. Responsibilities include following up on leads, attending web and in-person meetings, drafting proposals and bid packages, assisting with jobsite walks/pre-bid activities, maintaining CRM listings, updating contact databases, and coordinating with marketing resources to reach key targets. Requires engaging with engineers, property managers, building owners, general contractors, and architects; traveling locally up to 70-80% and delivering presentations to clients on strengthening solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the Los Angeles market
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals/quotas
- CRM experience
- Ability to travel 70-80%
- Experience selling to engineers and general contracting firms
