Job Summary
Strategic, region-focused growth leadership for the Surface Division in the NSEA region. Develop and execute growth strategies, manage and develop assigned territories, expand key customer relationships (OEMs, contractors, and partners), identify new business opportunities and partnerships, provide technical and commercial solutions, support negotiations and contract pricing, monitor market trends, collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Centers, and drive commercialization of new technologies and services. Build forecasts, pipelines, and CRM data; ensure compliance with SHEQ and ethical practices; work with distributors to grow the business; deliver revenue, profitability, and market expansion aligned with regional and global strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial Management, or Territory Management.
- Experience in industrial solutions, surface technologies, or related industries is preferred.
- Regional or multinational business experience is an advantage.
