Job Summary
Initiate and cultivate connections with current and prospective clients, guiding them through budgeting, estimating, and the design process. Identify new relationships in the healthcare industry, foster long-term partnerships, and coordinate warranty processes with internal teams. Collaborate on developing a Customer Relationship Management system, compile weekly manpower reports, and actively engage in strategic community organizations. Visit job sites, attend meetings, and serve as a coach or resource for other positions while maintaining confidentiality and resolving conflicts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of the construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Basic understanding of Information Technology
- 10 + years of sales or construction experience
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record review
- Current driver's license
- Knowledge of the complete construction process
- Oral Communication: speak clearly and positively, participate in meetings, seek clarification, and respond to questions

- Must be able to work evenings or weekends as required
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- Four (4) year degree
- Healthcare construction experience
- Construction project management skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification
- Ability to read, write, and understand contract language, contract drawings, and contract specifications
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
