Job Summary
Drive referral growth across the Southwest Virginia market by promoting Ivy Rehab’s clinics to healthcare providers and community partners. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with providers in designated zip code territories, documenting a minimum of 50 unique in-person referral-source interactions weekly in Salesforce, analyzing referral trends to guide outreach, delivering weekly tactic snapshots to Sales and Operations, collaborating with Operations leadership, supporting clinic growth through expanded referral networks and brand visibility, and assisting in launching new clinic locations. Requires strong communication, networking, and public speaking skills; ability to work independently or with a team; travel within the region; willingness to attend evening or weekend events; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems; and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. The role emphasizes outcomes-based sales in a healthcare setting, with a focus on partnerships with hospitals, schools, athletic programs, and community organizations to achieve quarterly sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
- 1-2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, provider outreach, or similar roles
- Strong communication skills; able to engage confidently with physicians and clinical staff
- Public speaking and networking skills
- Ability to work independently or on a team
- Willing to attend evening or weekend events as needed
- Familiar with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Track record of meeting goals and growing in fast-paced roles
