Job Summary
Full-time exempt Business Development Manager responsible for growing Hotaling & Co. business in the Nevada and Arizona markets. Drive high-quality distribution and develop key accounts, visit priority accounts, and coordinate events and tastings to promote H&Co. brands. Build relationships with distributors, bartenders, and local market influencers; conduct product education and training for store personnel and consumers; develop spirits master classes for accounts and consumers; manage merchandising and brand visibility, set up displays, and track sales achievements. Requires experience in wine, spirits, and/or hospitality with a strong Southwest market understanding, autonomous work style, and willingness to travel within the territory. Hybrid remote role with travel within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Minimum 3 years experience in alcohol sales
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory and occasionally beyond
