Job Summary
Sell BSI products and services in the Southern Malaysia region by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships with senior stakeholders, coordinating requirements and contracts, and using CRM tools to maintain account information. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, leverage product knowledge to address client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions. Demonstrate executive-level relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills while staying aware of standards industry developments and opportunities across national/international markets. Role emphasizes direct client-facing duties, target-driven sales, tender support, and maintaining momentum toward achieving regional sales objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Degree level, equivalent education or proven experience in new business development/sales
- Ability to develop executive level relationships
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and closing B2B sales
- Experience in delivering professional services across multiple locations (national/international preferred)
- Knowledge of business certification, compliance service market is highly beneficial
