Job Summary
Prospect potential new customers in the Hospitality industry to build a robust sales pipeline focused on Thailand markets, then lead cross-functional teams to develop proposals and secure approval. Manage and grow relationships with existing hotel chains, resorts, and luxury groups by presenting tailored hygiene solutions, arranging client debriefs, and conducting business reviews. Research decision-makers within client organizations to expand partnerships and secure new business opportunities while driving global sales and profit targets. This role requires a minimum of 8 to 10 years of B2B sales experience in the hospitality sector. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently within a large, matrix-oriented global organization while managing remote projects. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of B2B sales experience in the hospitality industry or relevant industries
- Proven success and experience with managing effective client relationships that are high, wide and deep
- Broad knowledge of management practices and good business analysis/project management skills
- Proven ability to manage numerous projects, as well as resources, remotely in a highly dispersed organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a wide range of audiences including senior management
- Demonstrated ability to work in a large, complex, matrix-oriented global business and manage numerous projects remotely in a highly dispersed organization
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close working relationships with partners in functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, etc.
